Artisan Shed began in my grandfather’s workshop, where I first learned to work with wood properly. He taught me how to read the grain, shape it with care and understand that patience matters just as much as skill.

What started as time spent learning a craft gradually grew into something more. Today, Artisan Shed remains a one-man workshop built on the same principles of craftsmanship, honesty and respect for the material.

Each piece begins as carefully selected timber, chosen for its strength, character and natural grain. No two creations are ever the same. The patterns in the wood carry their own quiet story.

The Process

Every item is cut, shaped, sanded, and finished by hand. Attention is given to the smallest details, from the smoothness of the edges to the balance in weight and the way it feels when lifted from the table.

This is slow craftsmanship. Deliberate. Considered. Personal.
